I built this site to share some of my interests and hobbies, I hope you find something interesting that sparks you to try flying, sailing, making of just getting out and having an adventure. I´m a senior engineer, in years and experience, with a background that started in electronics, detoured into civil engineering but then for the last 23+ years has been involve in power electronics around BEV powertrain. I´ve had a long-term love of all forms of transport and have ridden motorcycles since I was 9 ranging from scramblers to sports bikes, through to Ultralight aircraft, currently loving Paramotor flying. A family hobby has long been sailing and my wife and I have recently returned to the sport with a RS Quest. Other hobbies include building robots, photography and walking. I was born in Singapore, but was too young to have any lasting memories of this, and have lived and worked in the UK, Norway and Germany. I currently work for a premium German automotive company on powertrain for the next generation of BEVs and it’s a job I love and enjoy every day. The site will have some info on my various hobbies and will be used by me as a brain dump but its just starting so great if you find it useful but maybe if you don´t try again later. This is not a commercial venture so there is no shop or contact me place, its just a information place. Regards Dave Bock
